The Pleasant Square Volunteer Fire Company is always looking for dedicated men and women to join our team. Our family includes a wide range of members, young and old, from the hamlet of Pleasant Square, city of Gloversville, and the surrounding area.

Pleasant Square Fire is comprised of selfless volunteers who are motivated by a strong desire to help others and to serve our community. We are a driven organization that is committed to helping our neighbors in their time of need and to helping prevent emergencies through public education and awareness.

We have many positions available to accommodate any schedule and level of ability! Our company provides a wide variety of training opportunities for active members including as a firefighter, fire investigator, fire police & scene support.
